Complaints

Tell us what went wrong.

Use the verified company complaints channel to raise a concern about an application, loan, repayment, privacy matter or customer interaction.

Complaints process — company details required

Insert verified contacts, internal handling steps and response timeframes. Do not publish a response promise until the company has confirmed it can meet it.

How to make a complaint

We’ll need enough detail to understand your concern.

  1. Contact finance@goldenwindlending.com.
  2. Include your name, preferred contact details, the topic and a brief description of what happened.
  3. If relevant, include an application or transaction reference number and the dates involved.
  4. Attach only documents needed to understand the concern. Do not include passwords, OTPs or complete card details.
  5. Keep a copy of your message and any reference number you receive.

What happens next

The responsible team should acknowledge receipt, review the information, request any necessary clarification and communicate the outcome through a suitable official channel.

Target acknowledgement time: [COMPLAINT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TARGET]. Target resolution time or status update: [COMPLAINT RESOLUTION / UPDATE TARGET]. These response targets must be confirmed before publication.

If your concern remains unresolved

If applicable to the company and your concern, you may seek information about the relevant external complaints process. The Philippine SEC’s official lending-company complaint page describes the route and eligibility for complaints against registered lending and financing companies. Check the regulator’s current guidance and confirm which process applies to your situation.
